Buying Art from the Pranke Family dates back since 1955. 
My dad Walter Wenzel Pranke started this wonderful Art interaction in Canada and we have since sold worldwide.

Payment

I accept payments by international money order or PayPal. 
Bank Transfers accepted and personnel checks.
Please allow the time for your payment to clear.
Please communicate with me when you have purchased something to let me know what payment method you have chosen when using other.

 

Shipping

All of our paintings are shipped 2 to 3 days after payment confirmation.
Our protective packaging includes bubble wrap or styrofoam & extra cardboard
when necessary & a sturdy box.
Ships with total insurance coverage.
Delivery is 7 to 10 days with confirmation.
Shipping to Canada & lower US.
International buyers its best to convo me for true shipping costs.
I use Canada Post and UPS.
Customs and brokerage fees are the customers responsibility.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Photos are the best as possible.
Note that monitors and setups may differ in terms of color.

Your satisfaction is our commitment.
We accept returns in it's original package shipped at the buyer's expense.
We will refund your money as soon as the artwork is returned back in the condition it was sent.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
